From Mannheim to Burkina Faso – light that connects!

The solar lights we built together during our TeamEvent in September 2024 have now arrived in Burkina Faso!

At the end of November 2024, a shipment of SolarBuddies left SolarBuddy’s European warehouse, travelled by ship to Accra (Ghana), and from there continued overland to Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.

Around 4 out of 5 people in Burkina Faso do not have access to electricity. Through our efforts during this very special TeamEvent – organized by Xpert Teambuilding (thank you, Jürgen – we hope to see you again soon!), we were able to make a small contribution so that children there can soon do their homework, read, or simply feel safer in the evenings with the help of our lights.
